OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mr. Sanjay Manocha (Managing Director) Mr. Manocha has a diverse vast experience of 25 years in the medical industry. He has a strong focus on aligning Sceptre’s product offering and technological capabilities to local, regional and global market demands, strengthening strategic partnerships, and optimizing the manufacturing footprint to support sustainable growth.
Ms. Archna Manocha (Director) Ms. Manocha oversees Sceptre’s operations, purchasing and program management, lean manufacturing implementation and strategies for business growth. She identifies new market opportunities and make helpful product suggestions and recommendations to increase revenue.
Mr. Siddharth Manocha (General Counsel) Mr. Siddharth Manocha (BBA LLB) oversees legal, ethics and compliance, corporate communications, risk management and internal audits. He also works closely with Sceptre’s executive team on governance matters. He is responsible for Retail, Wholesale, OEM sales as well as new product development in the company.
